Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all your tasks. You can also email us at support@doneberry.com and we’ll take care of it.
How do I export my data?
Email support@doneberry.com from your account address and we’ll send you a copy of your data.
How do I manage or cancel Doneberry Pro?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To manage or cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Doneberry. Cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the current billing period.
I paid for Pro but don’t see it — how do I restore my purchase?
In the app, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. If it still doesn’t appear, email us.
Does Doneberry work offline?
Yes. You can add and complete tasks with no connection — everything syncs automatically the next time you’re online.
How do reminders and notifications work?
Set a reminder on any task and Doneberry will notify you at the right time. Make sure notifications are enabled for Doneberry in your device’s system settings.
